Why did you join NAWIC?

To learn more about the best practices in the construction industry and meet other women in the industry.

What is your favorite memory with NAWIC?

My favorite memory is going through the chairs on the board of directors. I learned so much about being a leader in each position. Secretary taught me how to take better meeting minutes and Treasurer taught me better practices in accounting which we still use at Daley's today.

What advice do you have for Women who are new in Construction?

Join NAWIC! Learn from people who have been there, done that and what they have done in your situation. People are so willing to share and the relationships that you develop along the way are meaningful and invaluable.
