Why did you join NAWIC?

It's important for women to support each other in this industry. There are more opportunities for women in at all levels in the construction industries, but it is still male dominant, and we need to celebrate and support each other. NAWIC provides the platform for that to happen!

What is your favorite memory/event with NAWIC or why do you continue participating?

It's actually a favorite person...Shawna O'Donnell and I have worked together for several years and she is unwavering in her support of NAWIC. Her positive energy and attitude are inspiring.

What do you love about working in construction?

I love the innovation that continues to shape our industry. In my years, working across all facets of the construction industries, I've been blessed to work with some incredibly creative, problem solvers that never fail to amaze me!
