Pamela Henley works as an Outside Sales Rep for Action Gypsum Supply. She has been a member of NAWIC for 2 years and has worked on and off in the construction industry since 1990.

Why did you join NAWIC?

I joined NAWIC to network specifically with Women in Construction

What is your favorite memory with NAWIC?

My favorite memory was my first time attending a meeting at President Laura Grabar's house. I was made to feel so welcome by everyone and the presentation of the rose and certificate was very special.

What do you love about working in construction?

I love that there is never a dull moment in the construction industry and I am always trying to provide the best service in my industry. It helps that I have an awesome team.

Anything else we would want to know about you?

I have a husband and 2 boys, who are 21 and 19 years old. I also have a German Shepherd Husky Mix who keeps me very busy with hikes, walks, and Agility class. I am in a book club (although I finish about 50 percent of the books) and I like to workout at Orangetheory. I also participate in a 1/2 marathon or two per year.
