What excites you about being a Women in construction?

In 2022 all the people working in construction, women comprise only 10.9%. I get excited that we together can change this statistic by networking to other Women to join this industry. The Construction Industry needs more Women!

Know your worth and don’t be afraid to get out of your comfort zone.

How do you measure success?

I measurer success based on the accomplishments I have made every year. I like keeping a list of the accomplishments to look back on and realize that I am still growing even at my age.
